I’m Thomas Michael – the founder who built and sold the world’s #2 SAP training platform to private equity, and now run Tomco Capital, my boutique investment & advisory firm. As a CEO Coach I work with ambitious tech founders to double revenue, systemize operations, and secure premium exit multiples.

When I’m not architecting million-dollar growth plans, I travel the world like it’s my job, curate contemporary fine art, play drums, make my own gin, restore my ’67 AC Cobra, and chase the fittest version of myself since my 20s.
