When you start working with Tom as your coach you will focus on these four elements first:

  1. Status Quo – Where are you now? What is your business and your role within the organization? How did you get to where you are now?
  2. Business Goals – What are your strategic goals for the next 3-5 years? What are your goals for the next 12 months?
  3. Personal Goals – What do you want to ‘be, do, have’ with your personal life? What is your perfect work/life balance?
  4. Challenges & Opportunities – What are the biggest issues or opportunities you are facing right now?

 

Based on your situation Tom will develop a plan with you to address the above items. Typically, you will have a live coaching session with Tom once every month (approx. 1-2 hours, either in person, online or by phone) and a quick check-in two weeks later (approx. 30 minutes, either via phone or email). In addition, Tom is also available by phone or email throughout the month for any kind of questions or feedback you need.

Tom’s coaching service is a month-to-month agreement without any long-term commitments.
